How to avoid injuries?
1. remember to warm up well.
Every physical activity, even not very demanding ones, should be preceded by a proper warm-up which will prepare the body for an increased effort. The right set of exercises will allow you to warm up your muscles, slightly increase your heart rate and increase the mobility of your joints
2. remember to hydrate appropriately during training
During your activity, don’t forget to drink water regularly to help prevent dehydration. If you don’t drink enough, you may have problems concentrating and focusing, and then it’s easy to get injured, or in other cases
It can even lead to dangerous fainting.
3. Remember to end your training wisely
When you have finished your workout, take 15 minutes to finish it off properly. Stretch the individual muscles, stabilise your breathing and you can also give yourself a restorative massage using a massage roller. This will reduce the risk of soreness and the renewal of old injuries.
