What is Push / Pull training ❓
Push / pull training is a variation of split training, in which we distinguish between training in the nature of pushing movements and pulling movements. It can be a great alternative to classic split training.
Push / pull training is based on the division of training days. On one training day you perform push movements and on the next training day you perform pull movements. Push workouts mainly involve the quadriceps, calves, chest, shoulders and optionally the triceps. Pull training, on the other hand, mainly involves working the hamstrings, biceps, back muscles, abdominal muscles, and optionally the biceps.
